You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any decisions about your health. If you experience severe withdrawal symptoms or have concerns about your health, seek medical attention immediately.

Eligibility

SmokeFix is intended for use by adults aged 18 and older. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of any data you enter into the app
• Maintaining the security of your device
• Backing up your data if desired (via the export feature)
• Using the app in accordance with applicable laws

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SmokeFix, including but not limited to the design, code, graphics, and text, are the exclusive property of SmokeFix and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmokeFix and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app. SmokeFix does not guarantee that using the app will result in smoking cessation.

Your use of SmokeFix is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data stays on your device. SmokeFix does not collect, store, or transmit personal information.

Termination

You may stop using SmokeFix at any time by deleting the app from your device. All locally stored data will be deleted along with the app.
